Slice the Bell Pepper, Red Onion and prep the Garlic Clove (chop, grate, press). Roughly chop the Parsley. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry the Bell Pepper for a few minutes.

Add the Penne Pasta into a pan of boiling water and season with a little salt. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Once done, drain place to one side.

Add the Meat Free Bacon to the frying pan and cook for 5 minutes until golden. Add the Red Onion and Garlic Clove and fry for another few minutes tossing together as it cooks.

Cut the Meat Free Bacon into small pieces. Stir in the Chopped Tomatoes, Vegetable Stock, and Paprika. Mix together than allow to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add the Penne Pasta to the pan and mix in the Parsley and the Grated Parmesan Cheese. Mix together well and allow to heat up for a few minutes.

Serve out the meat free bacon all'arrabbiata across your plates and season with a little salt and pepper and Chilli Flakes of you want a little heat. Eat and enjoy!
